TopGEO is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product of TOPGEO AI PRIVATE LIMITED. It is delivered entirely online - no physical goods are shipped.

TopGEO AI is a digital service. There is no physical product, and therefore no shipping, courier, or postal delivery is involved for any order.

Access is provisioned digitally. As soon as your account is created and your payment (where applicable) is confirmed, your subscription is activated and you can sign in to the TopGEO AI dashboard immediately. In most cases access is granted instantly; in rare cases it may take a few minutes for activation to propagate.

Delivery confirmation and account details are sent to the email address you provide during registration. Please ensure your email address is accurate so you receive your login and billing confirmations.

Continued access to the service for the duration of your billing period is governed by our Terms of Service. Billing, cancellations, and any eligible refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
